Our Transparency Commitment: Every Lesson Report

We do not promise a rigid 'whole course' upfront: Every child is unique and has their own natural learning pace. Forcing a child through a predetermined timeline only produces superficial mimicking. As both an experienced tutor and a learner before, we know what real learning feels like — and we communicate with total transparency after every session.

01 · What We Taught

Detailed log of concrete architectures, code snippets, database concepts, or tools practiced in the session.

02 · Child's Behavior

Objective observations on curiosity, focus, moments of hesitation, problem-solving persistence, and mood.

03 · What They Truly Learned

Candid assessment of what was truly understood vs. what needs reinforcement. As learners before, we know what sticks.

💳 Payment Timing: Preferably before lesson start ($80) or monthly in advance ($300 / 4–5 Sundays). 🛡️ Refund Policy: Unused sessions refunded promptly (Monthly refund = $320 − $80 × conducted weeks).
Frequently Asked Questions

Questions Parents Ask Before Getting Started

Clear, honest answers about pacing, business logic, safety, and lesson flow.

How long is each lab, and what if my child gets deeply engaged in building?
Learning should never be a boring chore — it should be pure fun in a safe space where kids forget about time. While official sessions are scheduled for 1 hour (with a 90-minute block reserved on our calendar), when a student is deep in flow building their bot, script, or cloud app, we never abruptly cut them off at 60 minutes. Lessons frequently stretch to 1h 20m or even 1h 30m at no extra cost, because seeing their creation run and keeping their spark alive is what truly matters.
How flexible is the scheduling and pacing for my child?
Pacing is 100% customised to your family's schedule and your child's natural pace. Most students attend 1 session a week to smoothly balance school, while students during school holidays or building live MVP projects can do 2 or more sessions a week. You can adjust frequency at any time with a simple message — the learning pace always adapts to your child, never the other way around.
How do you customise the learning flow based on our decision and my child's interests?
No two children are identical. In our free 10-minute Zoom chat, we take time to understand what genuinely excites your child — whether it is creating game bots, automating tasks with Python scripts, designing creative UI layouts, or running cloud servers and databases. We consult directly with you on your goals and timeline, then customise the project flow, technical depth, and pacing to match your decision and your child's passions. No rigid cookie-cutter syllabus.
Why teach Cloud & Computing for life rather than just toy block coding?
Toy coding environments teach basic loops but quickly hit a ceiling. Real-world computing lives on cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, modern frameworks, APIs, databases, and autonomous AI agents. By teaching real systems from day one, your child gains lifelong computing literacy and intuition that never becomes obsolete as technology evolves.
How do you teach real business logic to kids? (The ERP & CRM approach)
Most coding classes teach syntax in a vacuum. Because I previously designed, architected, and built complete enterprise ERP + CRM systems (taking a solo entrepreneur's complete MVP to market in 4 months), our lessons teach children how software solves real business problems. Students learn real concepts: customer vs. admin roles, inventory tracking, transaction integrity, avoiding double entries, and structuring data so businesses don't lose money. This gives them rare commercial intuition alongside technical skills.
What kind of bots and automation scripts will my child create?
Real, working tools they can actually use every day. In the AI Frameworks & Bot Studio discipline, students build intelligent bots (e.g. Telegram or web bots) powered by modern LLMs, tool calling, and action triggers. In Programmer & Web Dev, they write Python automation scripts to scrape information, convert files, monitor web data, and automate tedious tasks. Everything is built to solve actual problems, not just print 'Hello World'.
Is the UI/UX discipline suitable for creative or visual kids?
Absolutely. Great software is not just backend logic — it is also about human empathy, clean layouts, and intuitive aesthetics. The UI/UX discipline teaches creative brainstorming, user journeys, design tokens, color hierarchy, and interactive wireframing. Creative students who might find pure terminal coding dry find their calling here, discovering how to bring their design ideas into functioning digital products.
My child has never coded before. Is that a problem?
Not at all — most students start from zero. Younger students use intuitive visual tools rather than typing, so reading speed is not a barrier. Older students also start from foundational concepts; they simply progress at their own speed.
What computer do we need at home?
Anything that can run a browser and Zoom together. Your child does the work on a dedicated cloud machine we provide, so an old or slow laptop is completely fine.
Is there homework, and how much time a week?
No homework, nothing graded. Most students attend 1 session a week (in unhurried 80–90 min flow labs). During holidays or intensive project sprints, you can add more sessions whenever convenient. If your child gets hooked and wants to tinker between sessions, we happily provide extension ideas, but it is never required."
Can I sit in, and what if we need to move a session?
Please sit in — we ask for an adult in the room every session, especially the first. And if you need to move or cancel, just message me. With reasonable notice there is no charge at all; life with children is unpredictable and the schedule should not punish you for it.
Do you promise a fixed 'whole course' timeline or completion guarantee?
No, and we do so intentionally. Every child is unique and progresses at their own pace. Rigid 'course completion' promises usually force tutors to rush through slides while children passively follow without genuine understanding. Having been both an engineering tutor and a learner before, we know true mastery requires time to experiment, make mistakes, and build systems intuition. That is why we provide a detailed, honest report after every single lesson detailing what was taught, how your child engaged, and what they genuinely absorbed.
When and how do we pay, and what is your refund policy?
We offer two simple pricing options: pay-as-you-go at $80 per 1hr++ lesson (paid preferably before each session starts), or our Monthly Sunday Pass at $300/month (covering all 4 to 5 Sunday lessons in that month). We do not lock you into rigid contracts. For pay-as-you-go, unused cancelled lessons are refunded in full. For our discounted Monthly Sunday Pass, if you discontinue mid-month, refunds are calculated transparently as $320 minus $80 per week conducted (so conducted sessions revert to the standard single rate of $80, and the remaining balance is refunded to you promptly with zero cancellation fees).
Where does my child's data go?
Booking details go directly to the tutor through Telegram, and this website is served by Cloudflare — both outside Singapore, which you are asked to consent to on the form. There is no booking database: the tutor's own Telegram is the only record, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time. Camera footage never reaches any server, because those lessons run entirely inside your own browser.
