Before founding ALabs, I architected and built full-scale enterprise software from the ground up — designing the entire backend database, user authentication, customer relationship management (CRM), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, through to modern frontend interfaces. Delivering a fully operational, revenue-generating MVP for a solo entrepreneur in just 4 months proved one thing: practical architecture, data discipline, and business logic matter far more than theoretical syntax.
